Approximately 6 years ago my life took a drastic turn and I left the Corporate World to fill a deep desire to be a natural healer! Four years later my amazing husband left a 25 year career in restaurant management to work along side of me! We’ve learned that there is so much you can do for your ailing body that does not include surgery, medicine, substance abuse or daily suffering. Our true passion is creating a safe relaxing space to allow you to discover your best true self again! Using our hands as well as our hearts, we love helping our clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable.

We specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their necks, shoulders or backs. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting. We help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. Have TMJ? Migraines? Tension Headaches? Plantar Fasciitis? Or just trying to rehab from surgery or avoid surgery? We can help you! We also enjoy working with pregnant moms to help their bodies find balance and enjoyment in the special 9 months they are growing and nourishing a new life.
