ZENergy Therapeutic Massage LLC, was established in 2018 to help everyone, including athletes, moms, dads, business professionals, teachers, students and more to meet their health, fitness and wellness goals. So much has happened since I started my business at CrossFit Frostbite:

Covid came along and changed all of our lives.
I started working at Irene's Myomassology as an assistant instructor, which is something that I have a passion for.
I have moved my business to a new location in Farmington (Orchard Lake/GrandRiver). While I am no longer at Frostbite, I still hope to help athletes with their recovery.
