CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage session that might make massage a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE your massage. If you are pregnant at the time of your massage appointment, please contact me BEFORE your massage.

I do my best to ensure courtesy to my clients should any event or changes need to be made on my behalf and ask the same proper respect from my clients of simple 24 hours notice. The booking system will auto send a 24 hour appointment reminder the day prior. When booking you are required to have a credit or debit card on file in the event of a no-show or not abiding by the 24 hour Cancellation Policy Agreement. In the event of such occurring your card on file will be charged the following Fee based on the scheduled session service length: $20/30 minute session, $40/60 minute session, $60/90 minute session, $80/120 minute session, as the appointment time could have been replaced by another client and because of this results in a loss of business income. When booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

There is a Zero Tolerance Policy for No show clients. as the appointment time could have been replaced by another client and because of so results in a loss of business income.

Furthermore any clients may be prevented from rebooking as a continued client if frequent short notice cancellation offenders or fail to to communicate with a no-show.

No show or missed appointment.

Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment. If late you will still be required to pay full amount of original time booked. If 15-20 minutes has passed since the scheduled start time of your appointment with no arrival or communication given on your late arrival you will be presumed a no-show and may not receive service.

If a session is part of a series package your session will be revoked out of the package.

Furthermore I Chelsea with Restoring Relief Massage have the right to refuse a client of service if they also show any disrespectful , rude speech or harrassment at anytime for any reason.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment. This allows proper time to fill out necessary paperwork if you are a new client and ensure your appointment starts on time. A late arrival will affect the length of treatment time which will end as scheduled, in order to service next guest on time.

When booking you are agreeing to all terms and conditions

MInors are allowed to be serviced so long as the parent consent form is filled out.
