I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Licensed Neuromuscular Therapist. I received my massage training at the Birmingham School of Massage in Birmingham, Alabama.

Prior to that journey, I spent 20 years as a lawyer, knowing I was doing a good job, but never feeling like I was doing GOOD. During those years in the legal profession – and while carrying all the stress of litigation in my body – massage therapy became a true source of respite and wellness for me. I’m now in the Second Act of my career, and I want to help people in the way I was helped all those times.

I grew up in Florence, Alabama, and am also a performing singer-songwriter. I have three kids, with one still living at home. I have two very goofy German Shepherds, and am an avid practitioner of Pilates.
