A brief bio: I officially started massage in 2004. Unofficially, I started as a child. My mama was an artist and had fibromyalgia back when it wasn't recognized. She taught me about muscles for both art and to have me give targeted back and shoulder rubs to ease her pain. I learned intuition and other "intangibles" about life and people from her. Thanks mom! Incorporating these life lessons to massage have developed intuitive, body-wise and individually crafted sessions for your aches and pains.

Above and beyond: Partnered with my license has been hundreds of intense post-grad hours of training in sports/clinical massage. This has been a game-changer from day one. Integrated modalities range from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Clinical, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial treatment, and more.
