My philosophy as a bodyworker is to explore and collaborate with clients to best support their health. Each journey is different as is each set of questions and responses. Together we find the path toward optimal health and together we stay the course, through one session or many.

I am certified in integrative massage techniques from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, 2006 and practiced in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and reflexotherapy, with 700-hour certification in biodynamic craniosacral therapy from the Colorado School of Energy Studies, in 2009.
