With over 17 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I am passionate about helping people feel their best—whether it's through stress relief, muscle tension release, or simply creating a space for them to disconnect and recharge. My approach to massage is highly personalized, using light to firm pressure tailored to each client's needs. I specialize in identifying and working on trigger points to ease discomfort in specific areas.

In addition to traditional techniques, I offer enhancements like hot stones, aromatherapy, and light stretching to maximize relaxation. I am also experienced in providing nurturing pregnancy massages. My goal is to ensure each session leaves you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world.
