As a Licensed Massage Therapist veteran, I have retained throughout my years of practice, a wide variety of extraordinary techniques allowing me to approach each individual's massage needs with knowledge and compassion. I provide services that integrate Deep Tissue Therapy, (either Therapeutic or Injury Recovery), Sports Massage (Pre or Post), Structural Massage (also known as Rolfing), Trigger Point Therapy (Myotherapy or Neuromuscular Therapy on painful irritated "Muscle Knots" or what therapists call "Trigger Points"), Lymphatic Massage (reducing inflammation/swelling of the body), and of course "Classic" Swedish Massage. I have over 12 years of experience treating chronic pain, post-surgical or post injury issues, and working with sports specific bodywork needs.

What I do is treat clients by using touch to manipulate the soft-tissue muscles of the body. With my Wholistic touch, I help relieve pain, help rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress and increase relaxation, and in general..... aid in the wellness of all clients!

I believe that with this direction of health care, it has become necessary for individuals to manage their own wellness and care. And, now more than ever preventive measures in health and wellness has become paramount. I help identify and educate every client on the underlying problems and work on the issue and not just the symptom.
