I'm Steph. I'm so glad you stopped by my website - I don't think it was any accident.

Chances are, you're here because you're dealing with some kind of chronic pain and you're tired of the feeling of tense and stressed muscles.

Are you searching for relief but haven't found it yet? Have you tried acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy, deep tissue.....everything it seems but are still living with chronically tight muscles and constant nagging pain? I hear this from about 90% of my clients.

Unfortunately, I'm usually their last resort. But the good news is, it's never too late.

I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy by Upledger Institute as well as Myofascial Release by John Barnes.

That being said, my technique is not a swedish or deep tissue "massage". Over the last 11 years, I've realized that what brings my client's relief from chronic pain is by treating the craniosacral/fascial system. It is my intention to facilitate their inner healer through the use craniosacral therapy.

I also offer the Raindrop Technique with Young Living Essential oils. This technique rejuvenates your body, mind and spirit. It helps reduce stress and boosts your immune system. It will leave you feeling on cloud 9.

I'm also a Level II Reiki Practitioner and Certified Sound Healer and can use this in sessions, based on the client's preference. Many of my clients regain range of motion and are free of chronic pain with in one session.

Each massage is tailored to your unique needs and of course, your desired result.

I use a BioMat on my massage table. This mat is lined with Amethyst crystals and uses infrared to heat your tissues 6 inches deep. I love the Biomat because it helps the body flush out toxins, improves circulation/lymph and is very healing for those in pain.
