Hi! My name is Stephanie Devito,

I have been a massage therapist since 2009. The past 10 years I have worked in a variety of settings (spas,/gyms/integrative physical therapy clinic) with a variety of people specializing in different approaches and techniques. Whether it's been massage, business, or life skills, I have learned something from all of of my experiences + interactions. All which led me in 2018 to open up Muscle + Bone, a massage therapy clinic focused on pain management and education.

I believe in doing things with intention so that everything works together to support both short and long term goals. My sessions combine passive bodywork with active awareness building exercises. We target the integration of your nervous system + your body to more efficiently and effectively help you reach your health and wellness goals.
