Hello and Welcome to New Start Massage & Wellness, thank you for finding me. I welcome all clients from the Elite Athlete and Weekend Warrior, Expecting Moms and clients that are looking to make an active positive change and New Start in their lives. I employ accepted clinical techniques blended with other modalities to empower Mind, Body and Spirit. Sessions are Client focused and designed to meet your needs from relaxation to pain relief or increased movement. I have experience working with other healthcare professionals blending my sessions to enhance the team approach.

Massage is a wonderful health tool that can ease pain, increase movement and just make you feel better. There are some health conditions that massage may aggravate and may require your Doctors permission. Heart, Liver or Kidney disease along with certain medications like blood thinners and heart medication are examples. Please inform me if this describes you, I want to work with you to help you be and feel your best.
