My lifelong passion for health and fitness has allowed me to transition into the massage therapy field where I have been able to take the next step in helping others initiate and maintain a healthy strong body inside and out.

My specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Acupressure and Stone massage.

As a Fitness Instructor, I find that my fitness background compliments my massage therapy because it gives me the ability to address the problem and treat it before a serious injury can occur. The benefits of being a Fitness Instructor to my massage therapy, it helps me maintain my body strength I use for (deep tissue) massages. I am also a member of the the USA Pro Beach Volleyball Medical Team as one of the volunteer Massage Therapists.
