Sandra graduated from Harper College. She has over 4 years of experience with a variety of modalities from relaxation, therapeutic massage, and bodywork. She has worked in spas, acupuncturists, and chiropractors settings.

Sandra also specialized in Lypo Therapy (Lypossage®). It is an outcome-based, non-invasive body contouring treatment that may help with temporarily diminishing the look of Cellulite. Also, it improves elasticity and skin tone around the face, neck, and upper arms. A healthy, research-based treatment based on Complex Physical Therapy for Lymphedema and Myofascial Massage. In addition, she also does Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD); It is a light, skin stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb (edema).

Sandra is very intuitive and goes above and beyond to expand her skill sets. She continually seeks to expand her knowledge. She is currently enrolled at Zen Shiatsu School in Evanston for Reiki; Chinese medicine (to learn pressure points); And Shiatsu modalities.

She is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish.
