Massage and Bodywork is a wonderful way to contribute to your physical and mental health. My hope is to help everyone become more aware of how amazing their bodies function, and how much just a little self care can make a huge difference in overall well being, preventative care, and pain recovery.

The type of massage therapy that you will recieve in my office is a goal oriented, medically based, yet nurturing. My objective is that whether you come in looking for help with chronic pain, a sports injury, a headache or just stress management, you will walk out feeling a lasting difference, and more empowered in your own body's healing capabilities. Your session will be customized to how you feel that day and your "big picture" goal.
