ABOUT ME:

With over 20 years of experience in the medical field as both a Surgical Technologist and Medical Assistant, I’ve devoted my life to understanding the body, caring for others, and supporting people through pain, stress, and healing. I’ve also spent more than a decade surrounded by family and friends in massage therapy, which naturally led me toward this path of hands-on healing and wellness.

I am deeply empathetic and genuinely care about people’s needs. I know firsthand what it feels like to live with pain—both from the physical demands of my career and from my commitment to maintaining an active lifestyle. Because of that, I understand how pain or stress can impact your daily life, your movement, and your sense of wellbeing.

I chose massage therapy because I love helping people do something we often forget to do: take care of ourselves. How can we show up for others if we don’t first nurture our own wellbeing? In a world that moves at a nonstop pace, sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is permission to slow down, breathe, and reset. Massage therapy supports pain relief, stress reduction, mobility, and overall longevity—and I feel honored to play a role in that process.

I love what I do and find purpose in helping others thrive. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone walk in carrying the weight of pain or stress, and walk out lighter, freer, and more at ease. I truly enjoy connecting, listening, and getting to know the people I work with. People are my passion, and I believe my purpose is to share light, compassion, and goodness with the world.
