For many years, I lived with long-term stress, not really knowing that this would lead me to mental exhaustion and many health challenges along the way.

I sought out all kinds of holistic therapy for healing. Getting profound benefits, I was quickly drawn to the field of holistic health and the idea of helping other women in similar situations.
