I understand what it's like to have chronic pain and I have felt the frustration of western medicine's protocol to push for the use of pharmaceuticals to mask pain instead of solving the problem. My goal is to introduce Alternative Care modalities to complement Western Medicine. I encourage my clients to drive their own healthcare and seek answers and solutions to their ailments to achieve better wellness outcomes.

In 2007, I had the opportunity to live in England for a short time and there found my way back to the healing arts specifically with energy healing and received a 2nd Degree Certification in Reiki. In March of 2011, I graduated with highest honors from Everest College of Massage. I have my own massage studio in Vancouver’s beautiful Uptown Village where I have won the Best of Vancouver - Massage for 5 consecutive years.

My passion is to customize treatment sessions for each individual's needs using a variety of modalities such as Swedish Relaxation Massage, Manual Ligament Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Massage Cupping, Hot/Cold Stone Therapy, Reiki Energy and Sound Healing.
