Jill Kauffman graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2007. She has worked in a variety of settings, from spa to medical massage clinic, from the east coast to the west coast. She loves using myofascial style work, hydrotherapy, and informed touch to help people find balance in their bodies, and to reduce stress and pain. She believes that healthy, nurturing touch is crucial to reducing stress and increasing a sense of well being. Jill aims to provide an integrative, balanced session that leaves you feeling relieved and nourished.

It is this communication with your nervous system that will cause a shift in your sense of well being and lessen your experience of pain or discomfort.
