With eleven years experience in California prior to moving to Oregon and taking a 22-year hiatus, I have recently obtained my Oregon license after graduating from Rogue Community College with Honors.

My approach to massage is to facilitate your bodies innate ability to balance and renew itself. My style is a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point therapy. In a nutshell, I believe that bodywork does not have to hurt to be effective. My goal is to help you sink into a deeper level of you - one that is peaceful, calm, and in balance.
