With eleven years experience in California prior to moving to Oregon and taking a 22-year hiatus, I have recently obtained my Oregon license after graduating from Rogue Community College with Honors.

It's no secret that stress is the leading cause of disease and discomfort. In our busy lives, it can be easy to acknowledge that self-care is important, but not act upon it. I encourage you to act now and start a regular habit of self-care that will help you feel more alive and calm.

My approach to massage is to facilitate your bodies innate ability to balance and renew itself. My style is a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point therapy. In a nutshell, I believe that bodywork does not have to hurt to be effective. My goal is to help you sink into a deeper level of you - one that is peaceful, calm, and in balance.
