Andrea has been a licensed massage practitioner for 15 years and has specialized in injury recovery. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Cranial Sacral massage. She combines these techniques with her 29-year experience as a nurse to facilitate your healing and recovery. Andrea provides interactive treatments and if the client would like home therapy, she creates a personalized home plan for the client to do between visits for a more robust recovery. Andrea uses multiple modalities such as sound therapy, bodywork, energy work and intuition to guide you in healing.

Andrea is also certified in breast and chest massage to facilitate recovery from issues like mastectomy, reconstruction, breast augmentation and other chest surgeries.

Andrea is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, she offers private sessions and classes in Reiki to groups or individuals. Reiki is an energy healing modality that uses the body's own bioelectric field to facilitate healing of body, mind and spirit.

Through being a best-selling author, healer and mentor, Andrea assists clients through medical, physical, emotional and life changes due to direction change, illness and injury. Career and general life mentoring can be done in person or over the phone.
