I believe healing doesn’t have to be forceful to be effective.

My approach is rooted in intentional bodywork that supports the nervous system, fascial health, and deep restoration. I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel chronically tense, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from their bodies.

My sessions blend therapeutic massage, mindful movement, and grounded care to create a space where your body can soften, regulate, and begin to let go safely.

Whether you’re navigating stress, chronic tension, burnout, physical discomfort, or simply craving a slower and more supportive approach to wellness, my goal is for you to leave feeling more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
