My #1 goal is to help you take care of yourself. The ONLY way you can be the best YOU there is, is to take care of YOU.

In this new career I'm able to combine my love for continuous learning, my empathy for others, and my physical and intuitive abilities to help clients achieve their holistic health goals. Step away from your busy life, leave the kids and dog at home for a short time and we will focus on you.

If relaxation is your goal, my calming, gentle touch will help your body relax so that you can forget...forget about your responsibilities, at least for an hour or so. Your mind will be calmed.

If you have chronically tight and painful areas, I will work with you to return your muscles to their natural, relaxed, fluid state through deep tissue techniques and stretches. You'll move better and more easily with improved range of motion and flexibility. You'll sleep better and wake up more refreshed. You'll breathe better.
