I'm Zoë (she/her), a Seattle-based licensed massage therapist and bodyworker. My work blends trauma-informed touch with mindful awareness to support nervous system regulation, ease pain and chronic tension, and help you cultivate a greater sense of connection with your body.

I'm particularly interested in the ways trauma—both personal and collective—shapes our relationship with our bodies, and I see bodywork as an essential part of the healing process. My work is especially supportive for people living with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, grief, or anyone longing to feel more at home in their body. All bodies, identities, and gender expressions are welcome in my practice.

New Clients

I begin all new client relationships with a brief 5–10 minute call before your first session.

This gives us a chance to connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and make sure the work feels like a good fit. It’s also a space for any questions you may have. From there, we’ll schedule your first session together.

Either choose "New Client Call" from the service menu, or email me at presentsensebodywork@gmail.com to schedule.
