Massage and healing arts have long been a part of my life, with family members sharing their knowledge of massage, nursing, and energy work.

Growing up, I was lucky enough to have a nurse for a mom. We often spent hours discussing the inner workings of the body. This anatomical knowledge base, coupled with my growing sense of self and the energies constructing this world have culminated into a life of massage.

Ever curious about my own body, this first led me to practices such as martial arts, yoga, reiki, and eventually, massage.

I am a warm hearted massage therapist with a joyful energy. I has stayed curious about life, and brings this to the table in her massage practice. Inviting you into the experience of your own body, I aim to support greater body awareness, increased mobility, and decreased pain & stress.

My intention is to custom tailor each experience to your current needs. Focuses within my practice are myofascial release, deep tissue, injury recovery, nervous system reset, swedish, neuromuscular therapy, and reiki.
