Massage therapy is a beautiful gift that I love to share! Yes, it helps improve muscle function and reduces tension, but in the 20 years that I have been a therapist, I see that it is truly so much more! With a safe space offering complete rest, one can journey into discovering what true healing is for them.

Meeting someone where they are at during each session is important to me, as I have seen so many levels of pain, injury, and stress. This experience has helped me be able to adapt my techniques to find the sweet balance between treatment and comfort needed to achieve the greatest level of improvement.

During these past decades, I have been so blessed to have been able to partner with so many people and share in their personal stories of healing.

I've witnessed so many men and women return back to the activities that bring them genuine joy. I have seen relationships improve as individual's experience less pain in their lives. I have helped people prepare for a needed surgery and also rehab after surgery. I've partnered with individual's to help them train for many different athletic events. I've partnered with women during their pregnancy to assist in optimal health for delivery.

I've even walked with people in the journey to finding relief from chronic pain, including migraines and fibromyalgia. (I am also a testimony of full recovery from both!) It is a gift to take a pain diagnosis and lead people to a greater truth.

My goal in a session is to give each client an honest assessment regarding what massage therapy can offer. Massage therapy is a definite go to for decreasing pain and promoting healing.

I have continued education in Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Medical Massage Rehabilitation specifically. In addition to my massage background and education, I also have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education -Exercise Science.
