On point Massage is no longer taking new clients and is reducing hours as Katie returns to school for Physical Therapy.

Katie Keitt-Pride has been a Licensed massage practitioner since 2004 when she graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, TX. After two years of professional practice in Austin, she relocated and expanded her training by attending East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI. She creatively combines intuitive and technical skills for an integrative style of bodywork which incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Tui Na, Acupressure, and both Eastern and Western styles of energy work, based on her clients needs.

Katie is also certified in massage cupping and regularly combines this negative pressure technique with trigger point therapy to help release muscles with less discomfort. Many of Katie's clients are professional athletes and weekend warriors who visit her specifically for her trigger point work. Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.

Continuing education is an important part of Katie's practice and she eagerly seeks out new ways to help her clients improve their quality of life.
