Julie Spoth (Skylar), Licensed Massage Therapist, has over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages, genders, careers and professions, including many athletes, dancers, and all kinds of movement enthusiasts. She is dedicated to supporting people in their physical health and wellbeing through the practice of Structural Integration and Therapeutic Massage. Skylar’s intention is to address structural problems, limited movement patterns, and to help ease painful symptoms, allowing for greater alignment, balance, and mobility to be experienced within the whole body. She welcomes you with a caring and compassionate heart, and invites you to experience transformation through her integrative and intuitive bodywork practice.
