Mystic Zen Wellness Center: Rooted in Missouri, Refined by Experience

At Mystic Zen Wellness Center, we believe wellness is a lifetime of learning and a daily ritual of comfort. My personal journey began in 1999 when I was first attuned to Reiki, eventually earning my Master Healer (Reiki III) certification. By 2002, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist, and in 2009, I expanded my practice as a yoga instructor.

In 2011, I moved to Maryland, where I operated a successful studio for many years. I have always been committed to continuous learning to stay current with the latest wellness trends; in 2019, I became a certified personal trainer, followed by certifications in behavioral change specialization and mental toughness. While my primary focus lately has been bringing this new space to life, my dedication to evolving my practice remains constant.

Life is defined by major shifts, and I have now returned home to Missouri to start this new chapter on my own terms. I am excited to open this beautiful new space, where I have intentionally reduced my service offerings to better align with my current path and "way of being."

We operate on a "Coaching vs. Doing" philosophy. Whether you are here for yoga, energy work, or restorative massage, our goal is to use every moment as a teaching opportunity. We don't just provide a service; we empower you with the knowledge to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle. While you’re here, we invite you to plug into your practice with a cup of our artisan tea or specialty coffee and explore our curated collection of organic herbs and crystals.
