Every session is provided with the aim of long term results, muscular retraining from weakness or injury, and overall muscular wellness. Personally having experience in basketball, soccer, yoga, Crossfit, Spinning, and weight lifting she is always eager to improve how the body moves (or doesn't) . Thus far she has worked with Crossfit Athletes, Professional Cyclists, Triathletes, Weight Lifting Competitors, Marathoners, Martial Arts, and more. She also works with people suffering chronic pain, migraines, post car accidents, and work related injuries.
