Let me introduce myself....My name is Carina!

I am a native Texan and have practiced massage therapy since 2011. I am enjoying every minute of it. I also enjoy teaching my guest the benefits of massage and self care.

I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping just to name a few. I have a firm but therapeutic touch (so I've been told) to help the body reach total relaxation.

I don't have a favorite style of massage because I'm always learning different techniques to help you relax.

We all have things to do, places to go and time is flying by so don't let stress get to you.

We all wake up tired and repeat the same cycle on a daily so make that time to unwind.

Even when WE have down time, WE are so keyed up, it takes US a long time to let the tension go. LET ME HELP!
