Hello! My name is Bonnie Finch and I have been serving the Waco community for 4 years through Yoga and Massage Therapy.

I am a Texas native who grew up in Abilene, Texas. I graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2016 with a Degree in Nutrition. After getting married in June 2017, my husband, Alec, and I moved to Waco, where we live with our son, Asher, and chi-weenie, Kubo.

I started on an alternative healing path in 2011 when I was unable to find the cause of my digestive issues. Finally, I went to a homeopathic doctor, who told me my anxiety was the main cause of my gut imbalances. She prescribed yoga as my medicine, to help find mental ease and to cope with my anxiety. While I do believe healing can come from within, I now know, that it takes many external resources. I have found incredible benefit from counseling, chiropractor, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, diet and good old fashioned pharmaceuticals to name a few!

Massage Therapy came into the picture when we moved to Waco and there was a local school in town. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist at ABC School of Massage in 2017, and I have been serving Waco ever since. I took a year and half off to stay home with my son. Becoming a mother was truly to greatest learning opportunity of my life. Always a student, I view every client as my teacher, and I work diligently to help ease pain, reduce muscular tension, and lower stress through bodywork. There is an undeniable, incredible value of the therapeutic touch to soothe body, mind, and spirit. I strive to create an environment that is safe and relaxing, and my goal is to have clients walk away with a feeling that healing and well-being are within their grasps. In short, I help people discover how GOOD their body can feel!

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, #MT129813 and Certified Yoga Instructor, 500 RYT, Warriors At Ease Level 2.
