Flow has been practicing the healing arts since 2008.

Flow has been voted Best Massage Therapist of the East Bay! (East Bay Express 2018.) Flow uses her deep knowledge of the human body to help facilitate the healing process. She has a background in a diverse array of martial arts and spiritual healing meditations. As a highly sensitive person Flow is a natural healer because she has a lifetime of experience tuning into others energy fields and intuiting what needs restoration or support. She was born into a Chicano family very attuned to spiritual and heart centered communication. Flow has been touching her family members with intention to heal since an early age.
Flow began developing her skills in oil massage, Clinical Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and other modalities like stretching and Chinese Massage Tui Na. Her practice is now evolving into a full spectrum healing experience. She has integrated the soft tissue techniques with the stretching techniques with the energy techniques. CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki play an important role during her sessions with her clients. It helps them drop down deeply into a safe and peaceful space, where their body/spirit can truly lead the healing process. Flow is currently studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at AIMC in Berkeley.

Flow can help relieve chronic pain, recover from surgery, calm the nervous system, boost the immune system and release full body and specific tension patterns/restrictions and energy blockages. All sessions are done gently and effectively through manipulation of the soft tissues. Healing does not have to be painful. In fact, Flow's main goal is to make every session as relaxing as possible so your nervous system can let go and coast at a calmer frequency in order to facilitate your body's natural healing processes.

Flow uses her training in many different modalities to customize a session specifically for you. Some of the techniques included are: Reiki Energy Balancing, Deep Tissue Massage, Soft Tissue Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Myofascial Release and NeuroMuscular Manipulation Techniques, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Acupressure. All sessions are done through your clothing. Please wear comfy, stretchy clothing to your appointment. If you consent, Flow will serenade you with her guitar after the massage ;)
