Heidi Clarke has been a massage therapist for nearly 18 years and knew this was her path long before she entered high school. What started as an early calling has grown into a deeply intentional practice rooted in one core belief: the body should be treated as a whole, not as isolated areas of pain.

Many clients say their sessions feel different—and that’s intentional. Heidi looks beyond symptoms to uncover root causes, understanding that discomfort in one area often begins somewhere else entirely. Posture, daily habits, movement patterns, and how you live in your body all matter. Her goal isn’t just temporary relief, but meaningful, lasting change.

After years of exploring ways to incorporate stretching into her massage work, Heidi became certified in the Performance Stretch System after discovering assisted stretching—the missing link she had been searching for. The impact was immediate and transformative. Blending massage and stretch didn’t just enhance her sessions; it fundamentally changed how she treats the body and the results her clients experience.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, limited mobility, stress, or simply want to move and feel better, Heidi’s approach is thoughtful, precise, and tailored to how your body actually functions—so you leave feeling not just relaxed, but restored.
