Who I AM is who I believe myself to be.

What I create in the moment and who I am becomes how I live.

I am a child of a hippie, a gypsy, a dreamer and a woman who honors Mother Earth and all her beauty.

I am a woman who has endured a great amount of pain, I have lived my entire life with spinal misalignments and female problems. These two issues alone resulted in 7 surgeries that have lead me through the excess of doctors, tests, medicines and treatments.

From my experiences I made a choice to help others learn how to heal themselves.

I LOVE to serve others.

Helping others find their own personal truth.

Learning, how to practice self-love and acceptance daily.

To help guide them heal and create space in their mind heart and body.

I help people connect with their body and their breath, by regarding the longevity of the body and overall health and well-being of life. We build a trust and companionship and begin to learn how to listen to the needs of our body. Through our breath we break down patterns, habits, behaviors, ideologies, expectations, societal norms, and beliefs we hold onto about ourselves - that are not true.

During this connection and awareness within our body, we begin to correct our posture through alignment and extension of our spine and an awareness of movement through space, we are able to understand our intuition and inner truth more clearly. Learning to HEAL oneself begins with self-love, acceptance, forgiveness, and gratitude. Together we open and create a space within ourselves aligning our heart and souls with our ego and body.
