My favorite modality is that of true European Hot Stone massage

True European is not just setting 6-8 stones on your back as in la stone therapy. I utilize 98 stones. This is so that these vital points are given the needed attention so that I may clear any and all acid or toxin build up throughout your entire body.

Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth.

Instead of manipulating the muscle and connective tissue using a verticle technique as in traditional massage, I release muscle and body tension in a horizontal approach that results with an increase in the body's blood flow. Increasing blood flow brings oxygen and nutrients to the muscle tissue, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.

To begin, I work your body with hands on massage from your toes to your cranial. Once I have done this, I place them along all parts of your body, again from your ankles to your cranial, to further break down all the crystallins, (toxins) I then lay a satin sheet over you to keep the warmth and allow you to escape into your own personal place while absorbing the energy from the stones. This is a time span of about 5 to 10 minutes with the stones actually in place.
