Mud + Stone Massage & Skin is a practitioner-led studio specializing in personalized care for chronic tension, stress-related holding patterns, fatigue, overwhelm, and long-standing discomfort in the body.

Drawing from over two decades of experience in massage therapy, somatic bodywork, esthetics, and holistic wellness, treatments combine skilled manual therapy, restorative techniques, and thoughtful assessment to support relief, recovery, and resilience.

Every session is customized in real time based on what your body and skin need most that day, creating care that is both deeply restorative and results-oriented.

Whether you're seeking pain relief, nervous system support, healthier skin, or a place to reconnect with yourself, each treatment is designed to help you feel better in your body and more at home in your life.
