I’m a Registered Nurse, Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of experience supporting women through the unique stages of their lives. At My Wellness Nurse, I blend evidence-based health practices with holistic healing to help women reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and feel empowered in their wellness journey.

My passion lies in creating safe, nurturing spaces where women can explore mindful movement, energy healing, and lifestyle practices that support hormone health, emotional resilience, and overall vitality—especially through the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Through private sessions, group classes, and wellness coaching, I offer personalized, integrative care that honors the whole woman—body, mind, and spirit.
