My intention as a Massage Therapist is to provide a massage experience to meet each client's needs. Whether massage is for relaxation, or the desire is for deeper work my goal is to provide restorative care in a healing environment.

I offer traditional Swedish Massage. I am trained in cupping therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point work, hot stone massage, foot reflexology, and stretching. I include massage cupping and the use of hot stones to release tight muscles in your massage.

I was introduced to massage cupping when my massage therapist started using cupping on me years ago to release tight muscles. I experienced amazing results and benefited so much when it was added to my care that I wanted to offer this therapeutic tool to my clients. Massage Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a cup on the skin. A cup is positioned on the area to be treated. A vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. The produced vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and support, draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out of the body and releases a myriad of pain causing factors.

Another benefit of Negative Pressure Massage is that it really feels great. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system, thus allowing a deep relaxation to move through the entire body.
