Ground | Center | Breathe- my mantra when my day has devolved into a chaotic, stressful wreck but I don't have the time to slow down. Ground yourself, Center your mind, & just Breathe. Its my reminder that I can handle anything that comes my way as long as I put myself in the best possible mental and physical state. Nothing would be more fitting as my business name than the mantra has kept me sane throughout my adventures as a mom to 3 little ones and fueled my desire to pursue massage therapy in an effort to empower and improve the health of the amazing people in my community.

GCB currently offers Swedish massage (one & two hour sessions), Swedish Prenatal and Chair Massage on request. This includes light strokes to increase circulation and aid in lymphatic drainage, deeper strokes to increase blood flow in muscles and ease tension, passive and active stretching to locate and treat problem areas, and light to deep compression to work on large muscles groups and elicit a parasympathetic relaxation response.
