Welcome the TheBodyMinders Massage Therapy. My name is Greg Seiler. I have been in private practice for massage therapy since 1994. I am located at 2600 Beaver Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa. I share office space with my good friend, Kate Teas of A Cutting Edge. The entrance and free parking are in the rear of the building.

I specialize in Deep Massage, Nurturing Therapeutic Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Release Dynamics. I incorporate facilitated Stretching when appropriate. I also use trigger point work in addressing areas of pain and concern.

When you come in for your initial treatment, I will ask you to fill out a health questionnaire and get a brief health history. I develop a treatment plan from this initial interview. Whether you are looking for a single session or a series of sessions, I will tailor the work, using my training and experience, to address your areas of pain and dysfunction.
