I am an intuitive healer with at times psychic abilities that have been a true gift given to be of service in the world we live in today. My intention is to help you relieve pain, relax, and help bring your body and state of mind back into balance naturally. This is where the name "Anastasis" comes from a Greek word meaning "Resurrection" a recovery from a debilitating condition...a rebirth"

I am a Usui/Reiki, Violet Flame Energy Healing Practitioner sharing this natural gift of healing for the past 17 years. I like to naturally connect with my clients on a deeper level, by tuning in what is being said by my clients, I can also "feel" or sense what may the root cause of the pain or symptoms that may be ailing you.

I have been practicing massage therapy since 2016 after receiving my formal training in Asheville, NC and have practiced in Southern West Virginia (my hometown) and here in New Mexico!

My expertise is working with individuals who are recovering from emotional trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, migraines, chronic fatigue, thyroid issues, female issues like PMS or Menopause. Those recovering from a chronic illness, and personal transitions that can cause acute stress symptoms on the body.

I am trained in 3 levels of Usui Reiki, and also have received my training in Violet Flames Reiki from the Reiki Blessings Academy in Los Angeles.

I have had many wonderful opportunities to share the healing of Energy Healing with those in my community through teaching and hands on sessions over the past 17 years.
