I require a 24-Hour notice of cancellations. If you can not give a 24-hours notice, YOU forfeit your payment. Rescheduling is available ONCE. You're responsible for Rescheduling/Canceling and Paying for your own massage appointments through your Client Profile.

My primary care is to provide you with optimal mobile massage service and cater to your individual needs and requests. Communication and Constructive feedback reach our goal (a good massage)

I understand mishaps happen the day of your massage. Emergencies, Sickness, Injury of the Therapist and Scheduling Glitches are to name a few.. Regardless, Cancellation Policy still applies. Let us try our best to manage these unforeseen circumstances.
