This will allow you to set up an appointment online without any issues. It is the same booking system, but this serves as a workaround for MassageBook’s new client policy.

My Approach to Bodywork

My massage style is best described as deep Swedish, integrating myofascial release and trigger point therapy as needed. I apply a combination of techniques and pressures to help release fascia, improve mobility, and relieve muscle tension. Every session is customized, and pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level—whether you prefer a lighter, more relaxing touch or deep, therapeutic pressure.

Booking & Appointments

You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, intake form, waiver form, and instructions.
Arriving on time ensures you receive the full session length (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes).
Gift certificates and massage packages (4, 8, and 12 sessions) are available.

As an active person who enjoys running, strength training, biking, and climbing, I’ve personally experienced the benefits of massage in enhancing recovery and maintaining mobility. My own experience with soft tissue issues led me to pursue a career in massage therapy so I could help others recover from the demands of daily life and physical activity.
