Your session starts with a consultation so I can customize your massage to meet your needs. I offer Swedish, deep tissue, myofacial massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, cupping, Thai massage, face lift massage, and a wonderfully relaxing Hot Stone massage. I am also a Reiki master and offer energy work sessions, including Reiki and Healing Touch.

Sessions include the use of a far-infrared amethyst Biomat for added therapeutic benefits. The Biomat provides a deep penetrating heat that supports healing and has a sauna like effect when used at higher temperatures. It can be used as a therapy by itself, apart from massage.
