Erica graduated from the Healing Arts Institute of Fort Collins in 2016 receiving training in massage modalities including Relaxation/Swedish, Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue, Sports, Structural Kinesiology, Pregnancy and Abhyanga. From a young age, Erica has had an innate interest in alternative and natural healing.

She believes complementary medicine, like massage has a great ability to aid in healing and preventing disease and imbalance. She approaches her sessions with an holistic approach incorporating gentle yet deep techniques to help restore balance in the body.
