For the past 17+ years, my life’s goal has been to make a difference in my clients’ lives. It makes my heart happy to see someone walk away from their session feeling better than when they walked in. Just like the heading says, every BODY is different. Therefore no two massages should ever be the same.

I am, what some may call, a “fixer”. Most of my clients come to me for a problem area or pre/post-surgical therapy. I am well versed in the modalities of Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. In the past few years, I have been learning and using the cupping technique. It has proven to be very beneficial and proven to help a few clients that have had the same reoccurring issue for years.

Having been a part of the horse world for the majority of my life, I understand the physical injuries and stresses that come from such a high impact hobby. But that doesn’t limit my knowledge of other sports. Whether it’s baseball, softball, football, or even archery – they all use the same components – OUR BODIES! I have several clients who participate in school sports and come to Indulge to make sure that they are performing at their very best. I don’t know about you, but I definitely wish I had started taking care of my body at a much younger age!

Not only will you get the most tailored massage to suit your needs, I am also a huge believer in “homework”. No, I won’t be sending you home to write an essay on Socrates, but I will (in most cases) send you home with stretches and/or exercises that can be incorporated into your daily activities.
