Since 2009, I’ve worked as a licensed massage therapist, specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic techniques. In 2018, I began my apprenticeship with Lynn Van Norman, a master of the Berry Method of medical and corrective massage. Through this training, I witnessed the profound, restorative benefits of this approach firsthand.
