Massage styles and modalities: Neuro-muscular Therapy, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, we really focus on pain, injury, rehabilitation, we can offer you Swedish and prenatal massage if you need. We also offer a variety of pressure to help you feel your best.

Things you should know: We book by appointment only. We are closed all holidays. Inclement weather will be determined as early as possible, if not according to JCPS school closing or delays. We are totally understanding to being late and needing to cancel. We just ask that you give us a call or a text as soon as you can. Life outside your massage happens, and we understand. You are coming to relax why create more stress due to unforeseen circumstances. This also includes your therapist, we may be late or need to reschedule as well. We will let you know as soon as possible of any changes.

Professionalism and Table etiquette while in the Office: We strive for total professionalism and that is asked of you as well. Draping (sheet and blanket coverage) is total must, it outlines our boundaries as therapist and client. It determines privacy and defines the areas that will be massage.
