I consider myself to be lucky to have found a job that I truly love. Wellness is important to me and I get to help others be and feel well almost every day of the week. I try to promote overall health and wellness, not just through massage, but to encourage others to rest when needed, to move their bodies, to stay hydrated and to treat their bodies with respect. We need to listen to what our bodies are telling us.

I received my first massage in college. My shoulders and neck hurt so badly I couldn't write my papers. After just one 30 minute chair massage, my body felt so much better and I fell in love with massage. My papers got written and I continued to see a massage therapist until I completed my studies. After that, I knew I wanted to go to massage school at some point to help others move and function without pain throughout their daily lives. After working three years in the nonprofit world, an opportunity arose for me to take that leap into the massage world. I jumped at the chance and haven't looked back. I love what I do and I'm so appreciative of the opportunity to work with you!

I love to be outside! Whether walking, biking, kayaking, or snow shoeing, being outdoors clears my mind and energizes me. Yoga, salsa and ballroom dancing are also hobbies of mine. And yes, I do get regular massages!
